This is a suit for an injunction to enjoin violation of the noncompetition provisions of an employment agreement. By the terms of that agreement defendant Saley agreed, shortly after becoming an employee of plaintiff’s predecessor, that upon the termination of his employment he would not engage in ae tivities which, would compete with the business of his employer within a specified area for a period of two years.
