This is an appeal from the judgment of the trial court, rendered after a trial to the court, in favor of the defendants in an action brought by News America Marketing In-Store, Inc. (News America), against its former employee, the defendant Steven Marquis, and his current employer, the defendant Floor-graphics, Inc.
