OPINION

BURNETT, Justice.

Autohaus, Inc., appeals an adverse judgment in favor of Raul Aguilar on his claim arising under the Deceptive Trade Practices-Consumer Protection Act (DTPA). Tex. Bus. & Com.Code Ann. §§ 17.41-17.63 (Vernon 1987 & Vernon Supp.1990).
