Tony L. Howell appeals his conviction of the class A misdemeanor of domestic assault in the third degree, under section 565.074, RSMo 2000.1 In his first point, Mr. Howell claims that the trial court erred in allowing testimony from a police officer as to his relationship with the victim because the officer’s testimony was without foundation.
