Frankey Coday (“Coday”) was convicted of first degree murder and armed criminal action in connection with the death of M.R.L. (“Victim”). Coday filed a Rule 29.15 motion to vacate, set aside or correct his judgment and sentences. 1 The motion court sustained the motion and granted Coday a new trial because the judge concluded Coday’s trial counsel had been ineffective in three respects.
