This is a habeas corpus case and there is involved on the appeal the custody of the relator’s child, Diana, who is four years of age. ’ The respondents are T. F. Stubble-field and Grover Stubblefield. T. F. Stubblefield is the greatgrandfather of Diana and Grover Stubblefield is her greatuncle. They reside in an apartment over a retail grocery store and market operated by respondents on Poplar street, Memphis.
