POWELL, Judge.
The defendant-appellant was tried before a jury in the district court of Oklaho-, ma County and convicted of the crime of murder, and punishment was fixed by the jury at life imprisonment in the State pen-, itentiary. Defendant’s defense was insanity at the time of the offense. The victim was his wife. The information charged that death was accomplished by use of hands and feet, by stomping and beating, resulting in the infliction of mortal wounds.
