Plaintiff in error, hereinafter called the defendant, has filed in this court a petition in error praying a reversal of the judgment against him, and assigning the commission in the low.er court of fifty-two different errors prejudicial to him. Of these assignments only fourteen have been noticed in the defendant’s brief, and to these we shall confine our attention.
