This is a suit for trade-mark infringement and unfair competition brought by the plaintiff, Time, Incorporated, a New York corporation, publisher of the maga zine “Life”, against the defendant, Motor Publications, Inc., a Maryland cor- ■ poration, publisher of the magazine “Car Life”.

The proceeding is before the Court on plaintiff’s motion for summary judgment. There is no material factual issue involved; it is conceded that plaintiff is entitled to injunctive relief in some form, the sole question being as to the breadth of that relief.
