This is an appeal from a decree of the District Court of the United States for the District of Maryland. The appellant (hereinafter referred to as the plaintiff) brought this suit against the appellees (hereinafter referred to as the defendants) and in its bill of complaint alleged that it was the owner of the common-law and registered trade-marks “Mouse Seed” (“Mouseed”) and “Rat Seed” (“Ratoeed”), and charged that the defendants had infringed said trade-marks and had been guilty of unfair competition in using container packages similar to those used by the plaintiff…
