Appeal from Circuit Court, Kanawha County. Suit by Joe Vasey against the New Export Coal Company and others. Decree in favor of defendants, and plaintiff appeals.

Lynch, Judge:

Joe Vasey, plaintiff below, appellant here, complains of a decree cancelling a certificate held by him representing 30 shares of the capital stock of the New Export Coal Company, the appellee, and directing that the latter do recover of and from the plaintiff the sum of $272.22, “that being the balance due from him to said 'defendant company upon a statement of the accounts between him and said company as made by the court and now ascertained. ’ ’ The suit was instituted in November, 1916, its main purpose being enforcement of a lien reserved by a paper writing in the nature of a…
