The defendants below and appellants herein, Richard L. Frye (hereinafter referred to as “Richard Frye”) and C.E. Frye Farms, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “Frye Farms”), appeal from a final decision by the Circuit Court of Hampshire County, in favor of the plaintiff below and appellee herein, Richard F.
