ORDER DENYING DEFENDANTS’ MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT

Defendants Joshua Eagle and Elton Robertson (collectively, Defendants) move for summary judgment. (Doc. 83.) Plaintiff Harry J. Coles, a prisoner proceeding pro se, alleges that Eagle and Robertson used excessive force during his arrest on April 24, 2007. 1 Defendants argue that they are entitled to qualified immunity.
