The plaintiff filed his petition against the defendant in the court below, setting up claim for damages against the defendant because of breach of a rental contract by and between the plaintiff and defendant, it being alleged that the defendant leased from the plaintiff a certain portion of the ground floor of a building known as the “Lee Building” situated in Oklahoma City, the defendant agreeing to pay the plaintiff the sum of $850 per month for the use of such…
