OPINION
HUSPENI, Judge.
While on probation in connection with a Nevada conviction, appellant Michael Mavis was charged with an offense in Minnesota. His parole was revoked, and while imprisoned in Nevada he was extradited to Minnesota and convicted. He was sentenced to imprisonment, but execution was stayed and he was placed on probation. As a condition of probation, he agreed to make restitution for the extradition costs. Nearly two years after his release from the Nevada prison, his Minnesota probation was revoked, and the sentence was executed. He appeals from an order denying a motion to…
