Appellant, George J. Hurley, after conviction of a violation of 18 U.S.C. § 876 (mailing threatening communications) in 1955, was released on parole in 1956. He was arrested for violation of his parole, given a hearing by the federal Board of Parole, and reimprisoned after the hearing in the Middle District of Pennsylvania. 1 He is imprisoned in that district now.
