11 This case concerns Tammy Bluemel's petition for post-conviction relief, which the post-conviction court dismissed as untimely. The court of appeals reversed, determining that the trial court's violation of rule 11 of the Utah Rules of Criminal Procedure alone qualifies Bluemel's petition for the "interests of justice" exception to the Post-Conviction Remedies Act's 1 ("PCRA") statute of limitations.
