I. INTRODUCTION
On July 20, 2006, Elizabeth Traynor (“plaintiff’) filed the action at bar against Davy Liu (“defendant”), alleging copyright infringement under 17 U.S.C. § 501 and common law breach of contract. (D.I. 1) On October 17, 2006, defendant filed a motion to dismiss the complaint for lack of personal jurisdiction and improper venue.
