This case came before the Supreme Court on October 25, 2011, on appeal from a Superior Court judgment in favor of the plaintiff, Patricia Lett (plaintiff or Lett), *872declaring that the estate successfully had proven the -will of Louis J. Giuliano, Sr. (Giuliano, Sr. or testator). The defendant, Louis J.
