The plaintiff, Dennis Martin, as executor of the estate of his mother, Camella L. Martin, appeals from a judgment entered by the Superior Court in favor of the defendant, Michael Coyne, and from a denial of the plaintiffs motion for judgment as a matter of law, new trial, and/or addi-tur in this automobile-accident negligence action.
