I. Procedural History and Factual Background

On 16 April 2008, Defendant Carl Lewis Hubbard pled guilty to possession of a firearm by a felon. The Honorable Edwin G. Wilson, Jr. sentenced Defendant to a prison term of 16 to 20 months, suspended the sentence, and placed Defendant on supervised probation for 36 months, including six months intensive probation.
