A jury convicted appellant William Horhn of the felony offenses of debit' card abuse and fraudulent use of identifying information.1 The trial court assessed his punishment at six months’ confinement for the debit card offense and twenty years’ confinement for the fraudulent use of identifying information offense, to run concurrently.
