“This is an appeal from interlocutory orders entered on September 20, October I, and October 3, 1934, by the District Court for the- Southern District of California. The order entered September 20, 1934, temporarily enjoined appellants (defendants below) from enforcing or attempting to enforce as against the appellees, the Agricultural Adjustment Act (title 7, U. S. C., c. 26 [7 USCA § 601 et seq.]) and two milk licenses issued by the Secretary of Agriculture, pursuant to section 8 (3) of that Act…
