ROBERTSON, Judge.

Real Estate Support Services (RESS) resists an adverse judgment in favor of Paul and Norma Nauman in their lawsuit for damages from a failure to discover defects in their house. On appeal, RESS raises the following issues:

I. Whether the conclusion of the Trial Court that Plaintiffs were third party beneficiaries of the contract between Defendant Real Estate Support Services and Coldwell Banker Relocation Services, and the judgment in favor of Plaintiffs based upon that conclusion, are clearly erroncous since the evidence does not indicate a clear intent on the part of the…
