I. Introduction

In this long-running copyright infringement dispute, Plaintiff Grant Heilman Photography, Inc. (“GHPI”) alleges more than 2,300 claims of copyright infringement against Defendants McGraw-Hill Global Education Holdings, LLC and McGraw-Hill School Education Holdings, LLC (“McGraw-Hill”). GHPI, a stock photography agency, licensed photographs for use in McGraw-Hill’s textbooks, educational materials, and other publications.
