Albert and Forestean Adams allege that their daughter suffered injury and died due to negligent treatment by Dr. Linus Ohaebosim and St. Francis Regional Medical Center, a/ k/a Via Christi Hospital (St. Francis). They took this interlocutory appeal from the district court’s decision that documents gathered and produced by the State Board of Nursing (Board) in connection with its investigation of Adams’ death were protected by statutory privileges.
