OPINION
CLAY, Circuit Judge.
Defendant Demetrius K. Cole (“Cole”) appeals the 140-month sentence imposed by the United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee. Subject to a plea agreement, Cole pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance (crack cocaine) with intent to distribute, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1), and being a felon in possession of a firearm, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g).
