CONCLUSIONS OF LAW IN ANTICIPATION OF AN EVIDENTIARY HEARING ON TRUSTEE’S TWELFTH OMNIBUS OBJECTION TO CLAIMS

Before the court is the Twelfth Omnibus Objection to Claims (the “Objection”) filed by the Chapter 7 Trustee (“Trustee”). In her Objection the Trustee argues that the claims of four landlords whose leases were assumed by the Debtor-In-Possession during the Chapter 11 phase of this case and subsequently rejected by the Trustee in Chapter 7 are not administrative expenses and are not calculated correctly.
