I. INTRODUCTION
On January 30, 2012, Khoa D. Nguyen and his wife, Phuonglan T. Nguyen, (collectively “Nguyen”) each filed proofs of claim against Ezenia! Inc. (hereinafter the “Debtor” or “Ezenia”) (PoC 18 and PoC 17). On August 29, 2012, the Debtor filed an objection to both claims (Bankr. Doc. No. 223)1 and Nguyen responded (Bankr. Doc. No. 227).
