Paul W. BROSMAN, Judge:
A general court-martial found the accused guilty under a specification alleging that he had violated the Uniform Code of Military Justice by sleeping upon his post as a sentinel. Article 113, 50 USC § 707. Following this finding and a consideration of accused’s two prior convictions, the court sentenced him to receive a dishonorable discharge, to total forfeitures, and to confinement at hard labor for ten years.
