POPE, District Judge.

This is a matter perhaps of importance ¿S a precedent, as there will be from time to time this question of attorney’s fees for bankrupts coming before the court. The court will therefore commit to record its views as to this particular fee.

It is, of course, realized that charges in any particular case are regulated by its peculiar facts, yet there are general considerations which affect the matter of compensation to bankrupt’s attorneys in all cases. .
