In this case, we consider whether an award of $1,428,000 to a physician for his interest in a professional partnership upon dissolution is supported by any evidence and whether the intangible assets of the dissolved partnership include the goodwill and individual earning capacities of the former partners. We conclude that goodwill attributable to individual partners is not an asset subject to division upon dissolution and that the evidence does not support the jury’s award.
