This is a proceeding for judicial review of an order of the Psychiatric Security Review Board (PSRB). Applicant was committed to the jurisdiction of PSRB for a period not to exceed 20 years after he was found guilty except for insanity of arson in the first degree. In the present proceeding, which was brought several months after his commitment, applicant argued to PSRB that he was entitled to be discharged from PSRB jurisdiction because he no longer was affected by a mental disease or defect.
