Petitioner seeks review of a Court of Appeals’ decision that affirmed an order of the Psychiatric Security Review Board (PSRB). PSRB concluded that petitioner continued to suffer from a mental disease or defect and, therefore, that he continued to be under the agency’s jurisdiction. Martin v. PSRB, 103 Or App 385, 797 P2d 401 (1990). The sole issue presented is whether there is substantial evidence in the record to support PSRB’s finding that petitioner was affected by a mental disease or defect at the time of the hearing.
