Defendant appeared specially and moved to vacate the service of the summons. From the order denying the motion it appeals.
Plaintiff, a domestic corporation, and defendant, a national hank of Malta, Montana, duly organized under the laws of the United States, entered a written contract on July 30, 1919, whereby plaintiff was to furnish and install fixtures and interior finish in defendant’s banking room at Malta.
