This action arises out of the operation and use of a job-matching website, The-Ladders.com. The plaintiffs, Barbara Ward, Joseph Garcia, Robin Lynn, Timothy Morris, David Reading, and Philip Wilton, who are former premium-paying users of the website (“premium members”), brought this purported class action against the defendant, TheLadders.com, Inc.
