Minor plaintiff, Erin Koukoulomatis, by her mother, appeals the denial of her request to compel discovery and the entry of a summary judgment in favor of defendant, Disco Wheels, Inc. Plaintiff originally brought suit against defendant to recover damages for personal injuries suffered when she fell while roller skating on a carpeted hallway in defendant’s roller rink.
