11 Petitioner Tyrone Gilyard (Claimant) seeks review of an order of a three-judge panel of the Workers' Compensation Court which affirmed the trial court's order denying part of his claim against Respondents Cherokee Building Materials of Oklahoma City, Inc., and Zurich American Insurance Company (collectively, Employer) for injuries to his left arm and left hand as barred by the statute of limitations, 85 0.8. § 48(A).
