“This suit was instituted in the district court of Harris county, Tex., by appellant, against appellees Thomas W. Moore and wife, Florence Moore, and Elwood Fouts and R. C. Patterson. The purpose of the suit was to set aside an award and final ruling of the Industrial Accident Board of the state of Texas, dated August 24, 1923, wherein Thomas W. Moore, surviving father, and Mrs. Florence Moore, surviving mother, of William Henry Moore, deceased, were awarded compensation, and appellant, by the terms…
