The defendant, Eric Van Winkle, appeals an order of the Superior Court (.Nicolosi, J.) amending his sentence. We reverse.

The following facts appear in the record. On September 17, 2008, the defendant appeared before the trial court on complaints alleging three probation violations. He pled guilty to two of the violations and contested the third. After hearing testimony, the trial court found him guilty of the third violation.
