Factual Background

Plaintiff ICG, a provider of switched data and voice telecommunications, filed for Chap*611ter 11 protection in November, 2000. As part of its reorganization, ICG determined which of its customers were, profitable. To its profitable customers it sent a letter indicating that it would continue serving them. To its unprofitable customers, ICG sent a letter indicating that it would be terminating their services.
