Decision Granting American Tax Funding LLC’s Objection to Debtor’s Chapter 13 Plan and Denying Chapter 13 Trustee’s Objections to Proofs of Claim of American Tax Funding, LLC

GUY R. HUMPHREY, Bankruptcy Judge.

The issue before the court is the proper interest rate to be paid on the secured proofs of claim of American Tax Funding, LLC (the “Creditor”) within the Chapter 13 plan (the “plan”) of the Debtor, Donald Cortner (the “Debtor”).
