MEMORANDUM OPINION
DENNIS MICHAEL LYNN, Bankruptcy Judge.
Before the court is the First Amended Objection of Genesis Tax Loan Services, Inc., to Debtors’ Confirmation and Request for Attorneys Fees (the “Objection”) filed by Genesis Tax Loan Services, Inc. (“Genesis”). The court held a hearing on the confirmation of the chapter 13 plan of Douglas Wayne Davis and Doris Marie Davis (collectively, “Debtors”) on July 20, 2006.
