Petitioner Adam E. Bober was awarded compensation by the Division of Workmen’s Compensation under the occupational disease statute, N. J. S. A. 34:15-31. The County Court affirmed but the Appellate Division reversed on the ground that the proof failed to provide the necessary factual support for the judgment.
