For ten years prior to his death, Carl Cody, Jr., was an employee of S.K.F. Industries, Inc. His widoAV, alleging his death Avas the result of a compensable accident suffered in the course of his employment, filed a timely claim for Workmen’s Compensation on behalf of herself and their five children under the Act of June 2, 1915, P. L. 736, as amended, 77 P.S. §1 et seq. FoIIoaving an extended hearing, the referee entered an adjudication including findings of fact, conclusions of law and an award of compensation.
