This appeal arises from an action filed by forty laborers (collectively referred to as “Plaintiffs”) for unpaid wages due under the Missouri Prevailing Wage Act (“PWA”), Sections 290.210 to 290.340, 1 as a result of work performed on the construction of a prison.
