This is a bid protest brought by Allied Materials & Equipment Co., Inc. (Allied), an unsuccessful offeror in a procurement by the United States, acting through the Defense Logistics Agency (government or defendant or DLA), of Adapter Subassembly, Pigtail, NSN 1660-01-339-2206.
