The circumstances leading up to this case are illustrative of the proverb that haste makes waste. In this instance haste also made for litigation. The appellant, First National Realty Corporation, a real estate development company, contracted with S. Klein Department Stores, Inc. for the construction of a large store in Greenbelt.
