State v. Storms

While these cases were pending in this court the defendant in each case filed a “Motion for Recusal” 1 asking one of the justices of this court, Justice Doris, to withdraw from the case for the reasons set forth in the respective motions. Just prior to argument on the merits Justice Doris denied the motions. An appeal to the full bench followed and the appeals were assigned for hearing.
