OPINION OF THE COURT

BAILEY, Senior Judge:

The appellant was tried by a general court-martial with members for the offense of aggravated assault in violation of Article 128, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. § 928. Consistent with his plea, the appellant was found guilty and sentenced to be discharged from the service with a bad-conduct discharge, to be confined at hard labor for one year, and forfeiture of all pay and allowances.
